What Happens After You File a Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, ParaLives Guide will:

What Happens After You File a Counter-Notification

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, ParaLives Guide will:

  1. Forward to the original complainant: We will promptly forward the counter-notification to the original complaining party, including your contact information as provided.
  2. Restore the content: Unless the original complainant files a court action against you seeking a restraining order or other court order to prevent the infringement, we will restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 to 14 business days following receipt of the counter-notification.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
